This policy explains what information First Flake ("we") collects at firstflake.com and how we use it. Short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your download, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Purchase details from PayPal: your name, email address, PayPal order ID, amount paid and payment status. We use these to deliver your files, send your download email, and handle support.
- Download activity: how many times your download link was used, to prevent abuse.
- Basic server logs: IP address and browser type, kept briefly for security.
- Anonymous visit counts: to see how many people view the page, open checkout and buy, our server counts visits using a one-way code made from your browser details and the date. We don't use cookies for this, and we don't store your IP address.
- Analytics and advertising (if enabled): we may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which pages and ads work. These services set their own cookies. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site still works.
What we don't collect
We never see your card number or PayPal password. PayPal handles payment under its own privacy statement.
We email you your download link and, rarely, a short note about the workbook, such as an update to the bonus guides. Every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link. We send email through our email provider, Mailketing.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that run this store: PayPal for payments, our email provider for delivery, our hosting provider, and analytics providers if enabled. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and support, generally up to 7 years.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@firstflake.com. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Kids are welcome at the creek. Purchases should be made by an adult.
