Sales Policy

Digital product

First Flake is a set of digital PDF files: a 41-page workbook and four bonus guides, plus the 16-page Junior Prospector Family Pack if you add it at checkout. Nothing is shipped. You can see exactly what's included on the product page before you buy.

All sales are final

Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, all sales are final.

Download help

If a file won't download or open, email hello@firstflake.com with the email address you used at checkout or your PayPal transaction ID. We'll send you a fresh download link, usually the same day.
